FAQ
-
We’re a team of videographers who focus on capturing the genuine emotions and moments of your wedding day—down to every little detail—while being as unobtrusive as possible. Many of our couples tell us they forgot we were even there! Our goal is to create a film that reflects the real you. So no need to pose for us—we want you to be yourself. The final film will let you relive your wedding day again and again. It will make you laugh, cry, and cherish those memories for years to come. And just as importantly—you’ll look amazing!
-
That really depends on your wedding day plans and priorities. Some weddings are intimate and short, with around 50 guests, while others are large-scale celebrations with 300 or more guests, multiple locations, and a packed timeline. Of course, many fall somewhere in between.
While our Highlight Package is by far the most popular, some couples prioritize a short highlight reel to share online, while others want a full-length feature film that captures everything—from getting ready and the first look, to the ceremony, cocktail hour, formal dances, speeches, and the energy on the dance floor. We personally recommend both.
Each package is designed to meet different needs, with varying hours of coverage and different final film lengths. We're happy to walk you through all the options to help you find what’s best for you.

We use high-quality microphones throughout the day to ensure your audio is crisp and clear. While our cameras have built-in mics, we also use external recorders for more precise sound capture.
For key moments—like the first look and ceremony—we typically mic the groom with a discreet lavalier microphone, so we can record clear audio even from a distance. Brides don’t need to wear anything! Your officiant, priest, rabbi, or celebrant will also be mic’d to ensure all the vows and spoken parts are fully captured.
During the reception, we connect an external recorder directly to the band’s or venue’s PA system to cleanly record speeches, toasts, and any announcements—without distracting background noise.
-
We primarily rely on natural light and the existing lighting at your venue. Unlike photography, video doesn't use flash—so if the space is extremely dark (for example, lit only by a few candles), we may need to use a small external light.
But don’t worry—it’s subtle, non-intrusive, and blends in with the atmosphere. Our cameras also perform beautifully in low-light settings. The last thing we want is to draw attention or disrupt the mood of your day.
-
Start by filling out the questionnaire on our Contact page. Motoko will get back to you as soon as possible. From there, we’ll schedule a call or online consultation where she’ll walk you through the packages, show examples of films with different lengths, and help you decide what works best for you.
Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract. Your date is officially booked once the contract is signed by both of us and the retainer is paid.
About 1–2 months before the wedding, we’ll reach out to get your most up-to-date timeline—either from you or your planner—so we can be fully prepared for your big day.

Yes, and yes! We love filming in new places and are happy to travel for your big day.
-
Yes. We’re fully insured. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be sent directly to you, your venue, or your planner—just let us know when it's needed.
